Employers in New York State, including New York City. Employees take the employee version; supervisors take the longer supervisor version.
New York State Labor Law § 201-g requires every employer to train its employees on sexual harassment every year. New York City adds its own training elements in its Administrative Code (§ 8-107(30)), and the course teaches all of them to every employee. Complaint deadlines differ: three years at the State Division of Human Rights, one year at the City Commission on Human Rights (three years for gender-based harassment), and 300 days at the EEOC.
Interactive sexual harassment training every year

No course can do that on its own. This is general training based on the rules described on this page. It is not approved or endorsed by any government agency, and the certificate is a record that the person completed the course. Your organization still provides its own policies, procedures and records, and you should check the rules that apply to you with your own advisor.

The certificate is a record of completion. Rules change, so check the rules that apply to your organization with your own advisor.
