Employers must also give a written sexual harassment policy to each employee within the first calendar week of employment, in English and Spanish. The charge deadline at the Illinois Department of Human Rights is two years; at the EEOC it is 300 days.

Your organization still provides its own policies, procedures and records, and you should check the rules that apply to you with your own advisor.
