A 30-day deadline on every assignment, with reminders and a compliance dashboard
A certificate for every completed course, downloadable one at a time or in bulk
$11.95 per course credit, no subscription
Overview
It is the system your organization uses to deliver and track PixelPupil's training. Administrators manage people, assignments and records from a dashboard. Learners get their assigned courses in a simple course player with text, audio narration, scenarios and quizzes, and a certificate at the end.
You do not need to buy a separate platform or load any content. The course library is built in, and PixelPupil builds and maintains it. This platform delivers that library; it is not a tool for creating your own courses. Browse all training courses.
Step by step
Add your people
Add employees one by one or import a spreadsheet. For each person you choose a role (employee or supervisor), a location and a language.
Assign courses
Pick a course and assign it. For courses that come in versions (by state, role or language), PixelPupil gives each person the version that matches their profile. Each assignment uses one course credit and starts a 30-day deadline.
Learners complete the training
People open My Courses on the web or in the app, read or listen to each lesson, work through the scenarios and quizzes, and download their certificate when they finish.
Track it and keep the records
The dashboard shows who is overdue or due soon. Send reminders, export progress to a spreadsheet and download certificates in bulk.
For administrators
The tools an HR, safety or compliance manager uses to run training for a team.
For learners
A simple course player that works the same on a computer and on a phone.
The library
Courses in English and Spanish, ready to assign the day you sign up. Every course page explains the rules it covers, who needs it and what your organization still provides.
Good to know. The courses are general training based on the rules described on each course page. They are not approved or endorsed by any government agency, and they do not by themselves make an organization compliant. The platform records who has completed what, and your organization still provides its own policies, procedures and records.
One credit gives one person access to one course. Assign it to any employee from your dashboard, any time.
The platform comes with the credits you buy
No subscription, no renewal: buy only what you need

It is the platform your organization uses to deliver and track PixelPupil's training. Administrators add people, assign courses and follow progress from a dashboard. Learners take their courses on the web or in the iOS and Android apps. The course library of compliance, safety and workplace-conduct courses is built in, so there is nothing to load or set up before you can assign a course.
You can add people one at a time or import a list from a spreadsheet; the platform gives you a sample file that shows the format. For each person you choose a role (employee or supervisor), a location and a language. An import that would use more credits than you have is stopped with a clear message, so you always know what you are assigning.
Every assignment gets a due date 30 days after you assign the course. The dashboard flags people who are overdue or due within seven days, and you can email a reminder, with your own message, to the people who have not started or finished. Learners who use the mobile app also receive automatic push reminders 7, 3 and 1 days before their deadline.
Yes. PixelPupil has an iOS app and an Android app that use the same account as the web version, and the web version works in a modern browser on a computer, tablet or phone.
When a learner completes a course, they can download a certificate that shows their name, the course and a certificate number. Administrators can download the certificates of completed courses one at a time or in bulk. The name on the certificate comes from the learner's profile, so check that names are entered correctly. The certificate is a record of completion, not an approval by any government agency.
The dashboard shows overdue and due-soon assignments, a monthly chart of deadlines met and missed, and each person's latest activity. You can export your user list and the course progress of your team to a spreadsheet, and export the record of questions learners asked their trainer.
Every course is available in English and in Spanish, with Spanish narration, and you choose the course language for each person. The platform screens themselves (menus and dashboards) are in English.
No. The platform delivers the PixelPupil course library, which PixelPupil builds and maintains. It is not a tool for authoring or hosting your own content.
Not at the moment. People sign in with an email address and a password, and they can reset their own password. PixelPupil is a stand-alone platform, so its courses are not SCORM packages you can load into another system.
PixelPupil does not provide trainers. Your organization names its own trainer or HR contact in the platform, and learners use Ask the Trainer inside a course. The answer comes by email, and answers are expected within two business days.
$11.95 per course credit. One credit gives one person access to one course, and you can assign it to anyone from your dashboard. There is no subscription to manage, and the platform itself comes with the credits you buy.
Yes. You can start a free demo and look around the platform before you buy anything.
General training information, not legal advice. PixelPupil courses are not approved or endorsed by any government agency and do not by themselves make an organization compliant. The certificate is a record of completion. Rules change, so check the rules that apply to your organization with your own advisor.
