Contractors with Virginia government contracts over $10,000 who have more than five employees, and their supervisors and the employees who provide services in the Commonwealth.
Virginia Code § 2.2-4201 requires government contractors above the contract and size thresholds to adopt a sexual harassment policy, post it, and give annual training on that policy to supervisors and to employees who provide services in the Commonwealth. People the state requires to take the Department of Human Resource Management's own training are excepted.
