Who it's for
Employees of federal contractors covered by the Drug-Free Workplace clause (FAR 52.226-7).
The rules
The federal drug-free workplace clause requires covered contractors to publish a statement, set up a drug-free awareness program (the dangers of drug abuse, the policy, available assistance and penalties) and require employees to notify the employer of a workplace drug conviction.
A published drug-free workplace statement
An awareness program on the dangers of drug abuse, your policy, assistance and penalties
Notice of a workplace drug conviction
The course
The course is built in modules, each with short lessons, real-world scenarios and quizzes. Here is what each module is for.
Module 1
Connect drug-free workplace awareness with decisions you may face on a federal contract, using introductory practice to recognize the relevance of the training.
Module 2
Consider possible responses to realistic workplace situations, then apply the course concepts to decide what to do when a concern calls for action.
Module 3
Broaden your perspective beyond individual choices and examine harder applications of drug-free workplace training. Practice judgment when workplace circumstances make the response less obvious.
Your role
Training is one part of a program. These are the parts only your organization can supply.

Yes. Every PixelPupil course is available in English and in Spanish, with Spanish narration (the Spanish title is Capacitación de Concientización sobre un Lugar de Trabajo Libre de Drogas para Contratistas Federales).
No course can do that on its own. This is general training based on the rules described on this page. It is not approved or endorsed by any government agency, and the certificate is a record that the person completed the course. Your organization still provides its own policies, procedures and records, and you should check the rules that apply to you with your own advisor.
