The rules
FinCEN's broker-dealer rules (31 CFR 1023.210, 1023.220 and 1023.320) and FINRA Rule 3310 require an anti-money laundering program with ongoing training for appropriate personnel, customer identification and suspicious activity reporting.

The course
The course is built in modules, each with short lessons, real-world scenarios and quizzes. Here is what each module is for.
Module 1
Approach anti-money laundering from a broker-dealer workplace perspective, establishing the basic context you need to recognize its relevance and engage with later practice.
Module 2
Here, the learning shifts from introductory concepts to practical judgment. Work through realistic situations and decide how the course ideas inform your response.
Module 3
Rather than stop at recognizing a concern, examine more demanding cases and practice choosing responses that reflect the concepts developed across the earlier modules.
Module 4
A closing workplace perspective connects the previous modules, allowing you to bring separate ideas together and consider what further instruction your work may require.

Yes. Every PixelPupil course is available in English and in Spanish, with Spanish narration (the Spanish title is Capacitación contra el Lavado de Dinero para Empleados de Corredores de Valores).
No course can do that on its own. This is general training based on the rules described on this page. It is not approved or endorsed by any government agency, and the certificate is a record that the person completed the course. Your organization still provides its own policies, procedures and records, and you should check the rules that apply to you with your own advisor.

General training information, not legal advice. PixelPupil courses are not approved or endorsed by any government agency and do not by themselves make an organization compliant. The certificate is a record of completion. Rules change, so check the rules that apply to your organization with your own advisor.
